Chai Tea Latte Cupcakes.




Ingredients:
  • 2 chai tea bags mixed with cinnamon and ginger
  • 125g softened butter
  • 125g caster sugar
  • 125g self-raising flour
  • 2 eggs
  • A dash of milk


Method:
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
  2. Cream the butter and sugar together
  3. Beat in the eggs on at a time
  4. Sift and stir in the flour and spice mix until smooth 
  5. Stir in a dash of milk to loosen the milk
  6. Bake for 15minutes

 The icing is a basic butter-cream with the spice mix stirred in.
