Chai Tea Latte Cupcakes.
Ingredients:
- 2 chai tea bags mixed with cinnamon and ginger
- 125g softened butter
- 125g caster sugar
- 125g self-raising flour
- 2 eggs
- A dash of milk
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Cream the butter and sugar together
- Beat in the eggs on at a time
- Sift and stir in the flour and spice mix until smooth
- Stir in a dash of milk to loosen the milk
- Bake for 15minutes
The icing is a basic butter-cream with the spice mix stirred in.
